BELGRADE, Oct. 9, 2017 (AMP) — Russia 2018 (European Qualifiers) : Serbia defeated Georgia by a score of 1-0 (halftime: 0-0), in a World Cup qualifying game on Monday night at the Red Star Stadium in Belgrade.
Both teams held off against each other during the first 45 minutes of the game. 0-0 at half time. Everything was decided in the second period with a saving goal by Prijović in the 74th minute.
Serbia secured their ticket to the World Cup finals. Georgia is eliminated.Fixtures and Results : Group D
