CARDIFF, Oct. 9, 2017 (AMP) — Russia 2018 (European Qualifiers) : Ireland defeated Wales by a score of 1-0 (halftime: 0-0), in a World Cup qualifying game on Monday night at the Cardiff City Stadium.
Wales made the Irishs doubt themselves for forty-five minutes. 0-0 at half time. Everything was settled in the second period with a saving goal by Irish midfielder James McClean in the 57th minute.
