CLUJ-NAPOCA, Sep. 4, 2016 (AMP) — Russia 2018 (European Qualifiers) : Romania tied 1-1 with Montenegro (halftime: 0-0), in a qualifying game for the 2018 FIFA World Cup on Sunday night at the Cluj Arena.
No goals in the first half and one each in the second, Popa ('85) for Romania, Jovetić ('87) for Montenegro.
The result left both teams tied in the fourth place of Group E with one point. In their next game, Montenegro will meet second-placed Kazakhstan at the Cluj Arena on October 8, while Romania will face Armenia.
