COPENHAGEN, Oct. 11, 2016 (AMP) — Russia 2018 (European Qualifiers) : Montenegro defeated Denmark by a score of 1-0 (halftime: 1-0), in a qualifying game for the 2018 FIFA World Cup on Tuesday night at the Parken Stadium in Copenhagen.
All the action happened in the first half, with Bećiraj goal in the 32nd minute.
The result put the Montenegrins top of Group E with 7 points. Denmark is fourth with 3 points. In their next game, Montenegro will meet Armenia at the Parken Stadium on November 11, while Denmark will face Kazakhstan.
