VADUZ, Nov. 12, 2016 (AMP) — Russia 2018 (European Qualifiers) : Italy defeated Liechtenstein by a big score of 4-0 (halftime: 4-0), in a qualifying game for the 2018 FIFA World Cup on Saturday night at the Rheinpark Stadion in Vaduz.
Andrea Belotti scored dual goals
All the action happened in the first half, with goals from Andrea Belotti ('11, '44), Ciro Immobile ('12) and Antonio Candreva ('32).
The result put the Italians second in Group G with 10 points. Liechtenstein is bottom with no points. In their next game, Italy will meet Albania at the Rheinpark Stadion on March 24, while Liechtenstein will face Macedonia.
