BRUSSELS, Oct. 10, 2017 (AMP) — Russia 2018 (European Qualifiers) : Belgium defeated Cyprus by a big score of 4-0 (halftime: 1-0), in a World Cup qualifying game on Tuesday night at the King Baudouin Stadium in Brussels.
Eden Hazard scored dual goals
Belgium dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by midfielder Eden Hazard in the 12th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, the Belgians further widened their lead in the second period by scoring three times (Hazard '52, Hazard '63/penalty and Lukaku '78).
