GERMANY, Nov. 21, 2014 (AMP) — 2. Bundesliga / Match day 14: After their 2-2 draw against FC Kaiserslautern on November 7, VfL Bochum returned to winning ways with a 4-0 victory over VfR Aalen this Friday.
VfL Bochum dominated the first half as a result of the unfortunate own goal scored by Canadian defender Hainault in the 3rd minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, VfL Bochum players further widened their lead in the second period by scoring three times (Terodde '57, Terrazzino '66 and Forssell '89).
VfL Bochum climbed to 9th place with 19 points from 14 games, only one point behind Eintracht Braunschweig, which has a game in hand.
