2. Bundesliga : FC Nürnberg finish 9th after beating VfR Aalen
GERMANY, May. 24, 2015 (AMP) — 2. Bundesliga / Match day 34: After losing 2-1 to 1860 Munich on May 17, FC Nürnberg bounced back with a 2-1 victory over VfR Aalen this Sunday.
FC Nürnberg dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by Dutch defender Bulthuis in the 28th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, FC Nürnberg players further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Burgstaller with just 3 minutes remaining in regulation time.
