GERMANY, May. 17, 2015 (AMP) — 2. Bundesliga / Match day 33: Two wins in a row for 1860 Munich. After their 0-1 win against FSV Frankfurt on May 8, Die Löwen continued their sensational form in the 2. Bundesliga with a 2-1 victory over FC Nürnberg this Sunday.
FC Nürnberg had started off well by taking the lead in the 45th minute with a goal by midfielder Niklas Stark. Trailing 1-0 at half time, Die Löwen nonetheless manage to reverse the direction of the game by scoring twice in the second period (Vallori '56 and Adlung '72 on penalty).
1. FC Nürnberg are down in 10th place with 42 points from 33 games, 2 points behind 1. FC Union Berlin.
