GERMANY, Sep. 18, 2015 (AMP) — 2. Bundesliga / Match day 7: VfL Bochum was held to a 1-1 draw by Fortuna Düsseldorf on Friday.
VfL Bochum players started off well by taking the lead thanks to VfL Bochum defender Tim Hoogland in the 26th minute. However, even though they were leading 1-0 at half time, they could not prevent a comeback by Fortuna Düsseldorf with a saving goal from Van Duinen Mike in the 90th minute.
VfL Bochum remains in first place with 17 points from 7 games, one point ahead of runner-up SC Freiburg.
