GERMANY, Sep. 22, 2015 (AMP) — 2. Bundesliga / Match day 8: VfL Bochum was held to a 1-1 draw by Arminia Bielefeld on Tuesday.
VfL Bochum players started off well by taking the lead thanks to VfL Bochum forward Simon Terodde on penalty in the 28th minute. However, even though they were leading 1-0 at half time, they could not prevent a comeback by Arminia Bielefeld with a saving goal from Klos Fabian in the 81st minute.
VfL Bochum remains in first place with 18 points from 8 games, a 2-point lead over runner-up SC Freiburg, which has a game in hand.
