GERMANY, Sep. 24, 2015 (AMP) — 2. Bundesliga / Match day 8: The match between SC Freiburg and RB Leipzig ended in a frustrating 1-1 draw on Thursday.
SC Freiburg players started off well by taking the lead thanks to SC Freiburg forward Nils Petersen in the 29th minute. However, even though they were leading 1-0 at half time, they could not prevent a comeback by RB Leipzig with a saving goal from RB Leipzig forward Davie Selke in the 47th minute.
SC Freiburg remains in second place with 17 points from 8 games, one point behind VfL Bochum.
