GERMANY, Dec. 5, 2015 (AMP) — 2. Bundesliga / Match day 17: Three wins in a row for SC Freiburg. After their success against Paderborn and FC Heidenheim, the Breisgau-Brasilianer continued their sensational form in the 2. Bundesliga with a 3-0 victory over Union Berlin this Saturday.
SC Freiburg dominated the first half thanks to goals from Frantz ('23) and Kempf ('30). Leading 2-0 at the break, the Breisgau-Brasilianer further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Höhn in the 69th minute.
SC Freiburg remains in first place with 35 points from 17 games, a 3-point lead over runner-up RB Leipzig, which has a game in hand.
