GERMANY, Sep. 16, 2016 (AMP) — 2. Bundesliga / Match day 5: Three wins in a row for Würzburger Kickers. After their success against FC Heidenheim and VfL Bochum, the Rothosen continued their sensational form in the 2. Bundesliga with a 3-0 victory over SpVgg Greuther Fürth this Friday.
Pisot David scored dual goals
Würzburger Kickers dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by Pisot David in the 10th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, the Rothosen further widened their lead in the second period by scoring twice (Pisot David '79 and Schrock Tobias '84).
Würzburger Kickers climbed to second place with 10 points from 5 games, 2 points behind Eintracht Braunschweig, which has a game in hand.
