GERMANY, Nov. 25, 2016 (AMP) — 2. Bundesliga / Match day 14: The match between Hannover 96 and Fortuna Düsseldorf ended in a frustrating 2-2 draw on Friday.
Hannover 96 players started off well by taking the lead thanks to Turkish forward Kenan Karaman in the 18th minute. However, even though they were leading 1-0 at half time, and despite Felipe Martins goal ('61) in the second period, they could not prevent a comeback by Fortuna Düsseldorf with goals by Ihlas Bebou ('52) and Bormuth Robin ('67).
Hannover 96 remains in third place with 25 points from 14 games, one point behind VfB Stuttgart, which has a game in hand.
