2. Bundesliga (Week 15) : Hannover beats Heidenheim 3-2
GERMANY, Dec. 2, 2016 (AMP) — 2. Bundesliga / Match day 15: After their 2-2 draw against Fortuna Düsseldorf on November 25, Hannover 96 returned to winning ways with a 3-2 victory over FC Heidenheim this Friday.
FC Heidenheim forward John Verhoek opened the score in the 42nd minute, before seeing Hannover 96 catch up in the 45th minute thanks to Martin Harnik. 1-1 at half time. Hannover 96 eventually won the game in the second period with two more goals by Füllkrug ('68) and Sarenren-bazee Noah ('70).
Hannover 96 remains in third place with 28 points from 15 games, one point behind VfB Stuttgart, which has a game in hand.
