GERMANY, Feb. 5, 2017 (AMP) — 2. Bundesliga / Match day 19: After two straigth draws against Karlsruher SC and Würzburger Kickers, Eintracht Braunschweig lost 2-1 against FC St. Pauli.

FC St. Pauli dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by defender Lasse Sobiech in the 7th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, FC St. Pauli players further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Sahin Cenk in the 72nd minute.

Eintracht Braunschweig remains in second place with 35 points from 19 games, tie on points with Hannover 96.
