GERMANY, Oct. 2, 2017 (AMP) — 2. Bundesliga / Match day 9: Three wins in a row for Fortuna Düsseldorf. After their success against Jahn Regensburg and FC St. Pauli, Fortuna Düsseldorf continued their sensational form in the 2. Bundesliga with a 3-1 victory over MSV Duisburg this Monday.

Fortuna Düsseldorf dominated the first half thanks to goals from Hennings ('2) and Zimmer ('6). Leading 2-0 at the break, Fortuna Düsseldorf players further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Raman Benito in the 55th minute.

Fortuna Düsseldorf remains in first place with 22 points from 9 games, a 3-point lead over runner-up Holstein Kiel.
