Algerian league (Week 22) : ESS defeats RCR 3-1
ALGERIA, Mar. 3, 2017 (AMP) — Algerian league / Match day 22: Three wins in a row for ES Setif. After their success against USM Bel-Abbès and MC Alger, the Black Eagles continued their sensational form in the Algerian league with a 3-1 victory over RC Relizane this Friday.
RC Relizane had started off well by taking the lead in the 11th minute with a goal by Zidane Mohamed. Trailing 1-0 at half time, the Black Eagles nonetheless manage to reverse the direction of the game by scoring three times in the second period (Ziti Mohamed '50, Tembeng Abed '62 and Ouamar Hamza '65).
ES Setif remains in first place with 41 points from 21 games, a 5-point lead over runner-up USM Bel-Abbès.
