ALGERIA, Sep. 9, 2017 (AMP) — Algerian league / Match day 2: After their 1-1 draw against JS Kabylie on August 26, the Eagles returned to winning ways with a 2-0 victory over US Biskra this Saturday.
JS Saoura dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by Antar Djamaouni in the 17th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, the Eagles further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Bourdim Abderrahmane in the 74th minute.
Jeunesse Sportive de la Saoura climbed to second place with 4 points from 2 games, 2 points behind Chabab Riadhi Belouizdad.
