DHAKA, Jan. 10, 1979 (AMP) — Kuwait 1980 (Qualifiers) : Bangladesh tied 1-1 with Qatar (halftime: 1-1), in a qualifying game for the 1980 AFC Asian Cup on Wednesday.
The result left both teams on top of Group 2 with one point. In their next game, Qatar will meet Afghanistan on January 11, while Bangladesh will face Afghanistan.
