CALCUTTA, Oct. 13, 1984 (AMP) — Singapore 1984 (Qualifiers) : South Korea defeated Pakistan by a big score of 6-0 (halftime: 6-0), in a qualifying game for the 1984 AFC Asian Cup on Saturday.

The result put the Koreans top of Group 3 with 6 points. Pakistan is bottom with no points. In their next game, South Korea will meet second-placed Malaysia on October 16, while Pakistan will face North Yemen.
