DOHA, Jan. 17, 2011 (AMP) — Qatar 2011 : Jordan defeated Syria by a score of 2-1 (halftime: 1-1), in a Asian Cup group stage game on Monday afternoon. Jordan advance to the Quarterfinals. Syria is eliminated.
