CANBERRA, Jan. 13, 2015 (AMP) — Australia 2015 : South Korea defeated Kuwait by a score of 1-0 (halftime: 1-0), in a Asian Cup group stage game on Tuesday night at the Canberra Stadium.

The result put the Koreans top of Group A with 6 points. Kuwait is bottom with no points. In their last game, South Korea will meet second-placed Australia at the Canberra Stadium on January 17, while Kuwait will face Oman.
