Botola (Week 2) : IR Tanger beats KAC 2-0
MOROCCO, Sep. 17, 2016 (AMP) — Botola Pro / Match day 2: Two wins in a row for Ittihad Tanger. After their 4-1 win against Difaa El Jadida on August 27, the Hercules continued their sensational form in the Botola Pro with a 2-0 victory over KAC Kenitra this Saturday.
Ittihad Tanger dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by Sekour Youssef in the 43rd minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, the Hercules further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Hawassi Youness in the 51st minute.
Ittihad Riadi Tanger climbed to first place with 6 points from 2 games, a 3-point lead over runner-up Raja Club Athletic, which has a game in hand.
