Botola (Week 2) : WAC beats CAK 3-1
MOROCCO, Oct. 20, 2016 (AMP) — Botola Pro / Match day 2: Three wins in a row for Wydad Casablanca. After their success against Olympic Khouribga and Chabab Rif Al Hoceima, Wydad continued their sensational form in the Botola Pro with a 3-1 victory over Chabab Atlas Khenifra this Thursday.
Saidi Salaheddine opened the score in the 16th minute, before seeing Chabab Atlas Khenifra catch up in the 41st minute thanks to Toungara Abobakar. 1-1 at half time. Wydad eventually won the game in the second period with two more goals by Khadrouf Abdeladim ('47) and Jebor William ('55).
Wydad Athletic Club climbed to second place with 9 points from 3 games, only one point behind Ittihad Riadi Tanger.
