GERMANY, Dec. 13, 2014 (AMP) — Bundesliga / Match day 15: The match between Mainz and Stuttgart ended in a 1-1 draw on Saturday.
Mainz players started off well by taking the lead thanks to Mainz midfielder Johannes Geis in the 36th minute. However, even though they were leading 1-0 at half time, they could not prevent a comeback by Stuttgart with a saving goal from Serbian forward Filip Kostić in the 72nd minute.
1. FSV Mainz 05 remains in 11st place with 17 points from 15 games, one point behind 1. FC Köln.
