GERMANY, Aug. 22, 2015 (AMP) — Bundesliga / Match day 2: Two wins in a row for Bayern Munich. After their 5-0 win against Hamburger SV on August 14, the Bavarians continued their sensational form in the Bundesliga with a 2-1 victory over Hoffenheim this Saturday.
Hoffenheim forward Kevin Volland opened the score in the 1st minute, before seeing Bayern Munich catch up in the 41st minute thanks to Thomas Müller. 1-1 at half time. The Bavarians eventually won the game in the second period with with a goal by Lewandowski seconds before the end of regulation.
Bayern Munich remains in first place with 6 points from 2 games, tie on points with runner-up Bayer Leverkusen.
