GERMANY, Dec. 12, 2015 (AMP) — Bundesliga / Match day 16: After losing 3-1 to Mönchengladbach on December 5, the Bavarians returned to winning ways with a 2-0 victory over FC Ingolstadt this Saturday.
Both teams held off against each other during the first 45 minutes of the game. 0-0 at half time. Everything was settled in the second period with goals by Lewandowski ('65) and Lahm ('75).
Bayern Munich remains in first place with 43 points from 16 games, a 8-point lead over runner-up Borussia Dortmund, which has a game in hand.
