Bundesliga (Week 32) : Schalke 04 beats Hannover 3-1
GERMANY, Apr. 30, 2016 (AMP) — Bundesliga / Match day 32: After losing 3-0 to Bayern Munich on April 23 and 2-3 to Bayer Leverkusen on April 23, the Royal Blues returned to winning ways with a 3-1 victory over Hannover 96 this Saturday.
Schalke 04 dominated the first half thanks to goals from Choupo-moting Maxim Eric ('11) and Huntelaar ('45). Leading 2-1 at the break, the Royal Blues further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Schöpf with just 10 minutes remaining in regulation time.
FC Schalke 04 climbed to 6th place with 48 points from 32 games, only one point behind Hertha Berlin, which has a game in hand.
