GERMANY, Feb. 11, 2017 (AMP) — Bundesliga / Match day 20: After two straigth victories against Schalke 04 and Darmstadt 98, the Eagles lost 3-0 against Bayer Leverkusen.
Javier Hernández scored dual goals
Bayer Leverkusen dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by Mexican forward Javier Hernández in the 5th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, Bayer Leverkusen players further widened their lead in the second period by scoring twice (Hernández '63 and Volland '78).
Eintracht Frankfurt remains in third place with 35 points from 20 games, 7 points behind RB Leipzig.
