GERMANY, Mar. 12, 2017 (AMP) — Bundesliga / Match day 24: Two wins in a row for Hamburger SV. After their 1-0 win against Hertha Berlin on March 5, Hamburger SV continued their sensational form in the Bundesliga with a 2-1 victory over Mönchengladbach this Sunday.
Christensen Andreas opened the score in the 23rd minute, before seeing Hamburger SV catch up in the 35th minute thanks to Filip Kostić. 1-1 at half time. Hamburger SV eventually won the game in the second period with with a goal by Wood with just 10 minutes remaining in regulation time.
Borussia Mönchengladbach remains in 9th place with 32 points from 24 games, 2 points behind SC Freiburg.
