GERMANY, Mar. 4, 2017 (AMP) — Bundesliga / Match day 23: Two wins in a row for Mönchengladbach. After their 0-2 win against FC Ingolstadt on February 26, the Foals continued their sensational form in the Bundesliga with a 4-2 victory over Schalke 04 this Saturday.

Fabian Johnson scored dual goals

Mönchengladbach defender Fabian Johnson opened the score in the 28th minute, before seeing Schalke 04 catch up in the 38th minute thanks to Nabil Bentaleb penalty kick. 1-1 at half time. The Foals eventually won the game in the second period with three more goals by Johnson ('64), Wendt ('67) and Raffael Caetano ('76).

Borussia Mönchengladbach climbed to 8th place with 32 points from 23 games, only one point behind 1. FC Köln.
