Bundesliga (Week 22) : Schalke 04 draw 1-1 with Hoffenheim
GERMANY, Feb. 26, 2017 (AMP) — Bundesliga / Match day 22: Hoffenheim was held to a 1-1 draw by Schalke 04 on Sunday.
Schalke 04 players started off well by taking the lead thanks to Austrian midfielder Alessandro Schöpf in the 5th minute. However, even though they were leading 1-0 at half time, they could not prevent a comeback by Hoffenheim with a saving goal from Hoffenheim midfielder Sebastian Rudy in the 79th minute.
TSG 1899 Hoffenheim remains in fourth place with 38 points from 22 games, 2 points behind Borussia Dortmund.
