Bundesliga (Week 23) : Hoffenheim beats FC Ingolstadt 5-2
GERMANY, Mar. 4, 2017 (AMP) — Bundesliga / Match day 23: After their 1-1 draw against Schalke 04 on February 26, Hoffenheim returned to winning ways with a 5-2 victory over FC Ingolstadt this Saturday.
Ádám Szalai scored dual goals
Hoffenheim midfielder Sebastian Rudy opened the score in the 17th minute, before seeing FC Ingolstadt catch up in the 38th minute thanks to Almog Cohen. 1-1 at half time. Hoffenheim eventually won the game in the second period with four more goals by Szalai ('62, '79), Kramarić ('77) and Hübner ('88).
TSG 1899 Hoffenheim remains in fourth place with 41 points from 23 games, 2 points behind Borussia Dortmund.
