GERMANY, Mar. 4, 2017 (AMP) — Bundesliga / Match day 23: Two wins in a row for Bayern Munich. After their 8-0 win against Hamburger SV on February 25, the Bavarians continued their sensational form in the Bundesliga with a 3-0 victory over FC Köln this Saturday.
Bayern Munich dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by Spanish midfielder Martinez Javi in the 25th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, the Bavarians further widened their lead in the second period by scoring twice (Bernat '48 and Ribéry '90).
Bayern Munich remains in first place with 56 points from 23 games, a 7-point lead over runner-up RB Leipzig.
