BAMAKO, Jan. 24, 2002 (AMP) — Mali 2002 : Mali tied 0-0 with Nigeria, in a AFCON group stage game on Thursday night.

The result put the Nigerians top of Group A with 4 points. Mali is second with 2 points. In their last game, Nigeria will meet third-placed Liberia on January 28, while Mali will face Algeria.
