CASABLANCA, Jun. 2, 2007 (AMP) — Ghana 2008 (Qualifiers) : Morocco defeated Zimbabwe by a score of 2-0 (halftime: 2-0), in a qualifying game for the 2008 Africa Cup of Nations on Saturday.
The result put the Moroccans top of Group 12 with 7 points. Zimbabwe is bottom with one point. In their last game, Morocco will meet second-placed Malawi on June 16, while Zimbabwe will face Malawi.
