GROS ISLET, Oct. 23, 2012 (AMP) — Antigua and Barbuda 2012 (Qualifiers) : Guyana defeated Curaçao by a score of 2-1 (halftime: 2-0), in a qualifying game for the 2012 Caribbean Cup (First round Group 2) on Tuesday night.
The result put the Guyanese third in the group with 3 points. Curaçao is bottom with no points. In their last game, Guyana will meet group leaders Saint Lucia on October 25, while Curaçao will face Saint Vincent and the Grenadines.
