Championship (Week 19) : Birmingham City beats Forest 2-1
ENGLAND, Nov. 29, 2014 (AMP) — Championship / Match day 19: Two wins in a row for Birmingham City. After their 0-1 win against Rotherham United on November 22, the Blues continued their sensational form in the Championship with a 2-1 victory over Nottingham Forest this Saturday.
Birmingham City dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by Welsh midfielder David Cotterill in the 10th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, the Blues further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Caddis on penalty with one minute left in regular time.
Nottingham Forest FC are down in 9th place with 28 points from 19 games, one point behind Cardiff City.
