ENGLAND, Nov. 29, 2014 (AMP) — Championship / Match day 19: After their 0-0 draw against Rotherham United on November 22 and 0-0 draw against Huddersfield Town on November 22, the Owls bounced back with a 2-1 victory over Wigan Athletic this Saturday.
Stevie May scored dual goals
Wigan Athletic midfielder Chris McCann opened the score in the 26th minute, before seeing Sheffield Wednesday catch up in the 27th minute thanks to Stevie May. 1-1 at half time. The Owls eventually won the game in the second period with with another goal by May in the 71st minute.
Sheffield Wednesday FC remains in 13rd place with 25 points from 19 games, 2 points behind Wolverhampton Wanderers FC.
