Championship (Week 22) : Bournemouth beats Blackpool 6-1

ENGLAND, Dec. 20, 2014 (AMP) — Championship / Match day 22: Three wins in a row for Bournemouth. After their success against Wolverhampton Wanderers and Cardiff City, the Cherries continued their sensational form in the Championship with a 6-1 victory over Blackpool this Saturday.

Matt Ritchie scored dual goals

Bournemouth dominated the first half thanks to goals from Ritchie ('18) and Wilson ('42). Leading 2-0 at the break, the Cherries further widened their lead in the second period by scoring four times (Ritchie '59, Pitman '67/penalty, Pugh '73 and Arter '76).

AFC Bournemouth remains in first place with 42 points from 22 games, one point ahead of runner-up Ipswich Town FC.
