Championship (Week 21) : Bournemouth defeats Cardiff City 5-3

ENGLAND, Dec. 13, 2014 (AMP) — Championship / Match day 21: Two wins in a row for Bournemouth. After their 1-2 win against Wolverhampton Wanderers on December 6, the Cherries continued their sensational form in the Championship with a 5-3 victory over Cardiff City this Saturday.

Bournemouth dominated the first half thanks to goals from Ritchie ('1), Arter ('43) and Pugh ('45). Leading 3-1 at the break, the Cherries further widened their lead in the second period by scoring twice (Kermorgant '67 and Wilson '89).

AFC Bournemouth climbed to first place with 39 points from 21 games, tie on points with runner-up Middlesbrough FC.
