ENGLAND, Mar. 17, 2015 (AMP) — Championship / Match day 38: After losing 1-3 to Blackburn Rovers on March 14, the Addicks returned to winning ways with a 3-0 victory over Blackpool this Tuesday.
Charlton Athletic dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by midfielder Chris Eagles in the 31st minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, the Addicks further widened their lead in the second period by scoring twice (Church '61 and Gudmundsson '88).
Charlton Athletic FC climbed to 11st place with 51 points from 38 games, 3 points behind Blackburn Rovers FC.
