ENGLAND, Mar. 17, 2015 (AMP) — Championship / Match day 38: Two wins in a row for Watford. After their 4-1 win against Reading on March 14, the Hornets continued their sensational form in the Championship with a 2-0 victory over Wigan Athletic this Tuesday.

Troy Deeney scored dual goals

Both teams held off against each other during the first 45 minutes of the game. 0-0 at half time. Everything was settled in the second period with two goals by Watford forward Troy Deeney at '54 and '90 (on penalty).

Watford FC climbed to first place with 72 points from 38 games, tie on points with runner-up Middlesbrough FC.
