ENGLAND, Sep. 15, 2015 (AMP) — Championship / Match day 7: Three wins in a row for Middlesbrough. After their success against Sheffield Wednesday and Milton Keynes Dons, the Smoggies continued their sensational form in the Championship with a 3-1 victory over Brentford this Tuesday.
Christian Stuani scored dual goals
Middlesbrough dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by Uruguayan forward Christian Stuani in the 35th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, the Smoggies further widened their lead in the second period by scoring twice (Stuani '69 and Adomah '77).
Middlesbrough FC climbed to second place with 14 points from 7 games, 5 points behind Brighton and Hove Albion FC.
