Championship (Week 7) : Brighton defeats Rotherham 2-1

ENGLAND, Sep. 15, 2015 (AMP) — Championship / Match day 7: Four wins in a row for Brighton & Hove Albion. After their success against Blackburn Rovers, Ipswich Town and Hull, the Seagulls continued their sensational form in the Championship with a 2-1 victory over Rotherham United this Tuesday.

Brighton & Hove Albion dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by Israelian forward Tomer Hemed in the 27th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, the Seagulls further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Stephens in the 67th minute.

Brighton and Hove Albion FC remains in first place with 19 points from 7 games, a 5-point lead over runner-up Middlesbrough FC.
