Championship (Week 14) : Wolverhampton Wanderers beats Birmingham City 2-0

ENGLAND, Oct. 31, 2015 (AMP) — Championship / Match day 14: After three straigth defeats, the Wolves returned to winning ways with a 2-0 victory over Birmingham City this Saturday.

Wolverhampton Wanderers dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by Welsh midfielder David Edwards in the 11th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, the Wolves further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Ojo Sheyji with just 6 minutes remaining in regulation time.

Birmingham City FC remains in 6th place with 24 points from 14 games, tie on points with Derby County FC, which has a game in hand.
