Championship (Week 13) : Boro beats Wolverhampton Wanderers 3-1
ENGLAND, Oct. 24, 2015 (AMP) — Championship / Match day 13: After losing 1-0 to Cardiff City on October 20, the Smoggies returned to winning ways with a 3-1 victory over Wolverhampton Wanderers this Saturday.
Wolverhampton Wanderers had started off well by taking the lead in the 22nd minute with a goal by Welsh midfielder David Edwards. Trailing 1-0 at half time, the Smoggies nonetheless manage to reverse the direction of the game by scoring three times in the second period (Fabbrini '71, Leadbitter '82 on penalty and Downing '90).
Middlesbrough FC climbed to fourth place with 24 points from 13 games, only one point behind Burnley.
