Championship (Week 30) : Brighton beats Brentford 3-0
ENGLAND, Feb. 5, 2016 (AMP) — Championship / Match day 30: Three wins in a row for Brighton & Hove Albion. After their success against Blackburn Rovers and Huddersfield Town, the Seagulls continued their sensational form in the Championship with a 3-0 victory over Brentford this Friday.
Brighton & Hove Albion dominated the first half thanks to goals from Knockaert ('27) and Hemed ('43). Leading 2-0 at the break, the Seagulls further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Murphy Jamie in stoppage time.
Brighton and Hove Albion FC climbed to third place with 53 points from 29 games, 2 points behind Middlesbrough FC, which has two games in hand.
